The Utah Association for Marriage and Family Therapy (UAMFT) Board of Directors

This training meets the requirements to become a UAMFT-approved supervisor of LAMFTs in the state of Utah per R156-60b-302d Marriage and Family Therapy Licensing Act.

Course date and time:

Wednesday April 23 from 9AM to 5PM

Thursday April 24 from 9AM to 5PM

Friday April 25 from 9AM to 1PM

Course Instructors: John M. Robbins, PhD, LMFT & Jennifer Morgan Smith, LMFT, MBA

* If the course does not have at least 10 participants scheduled to attend, this event will be cancelled. Anyone registered for the event will be notified and have the option to receive a  full refund or be rescheduled to attend the next scheduled supervision course. 

Cancelation Policy:

• The UAMFT supervision course cancellation policy allows anyone who is unable to attend the option of rolling over their registration to the next available course, even if the course is full without any additional cost to them as long as they do that within 1 full week of the start date for the course.  

• Participants can cancel with a full refund if they do not want to attend the course any longer as long as it is within 4 weeks of the start date for the course. They may also transfer that registration to another person in their organization without additional cost as long as it is done 4 weeks before the training. That provides the organization with ample time to make the adjustments or fill the slot. 

• If the participant cancels with less than 4 weeks notice then they will receive a partial refund despite the reason for the change. The percentage that they will be refunded is below:
