Check-in and Registration

Attendees must check-in at the registration desk every day of the conference. Registration is from 8:00-8:30 am every day of the conference, and someone will be at the registration booth during snack breaks and between every session.

    CEUs and Evaluations

You must sign in at registration each day, as we maintain these records for DOPL. On your first day, please pick up a CEU tracking sheet. After each session, have a volunteer with an orange lanyard initial your sheet. After the conference, return the sheet to us so we can tally and verify your hours.

Speaker and overall evaluations are available online only. You can access the evaluation at the beginning of the conference here. We recommend that you fill out this evaluation as you go. A QR code for the same evaluation will be posted in several places at the conference, and will also be sent out at the end of the conference. To receive your CEUs, you must complete the evaluations. UAMFT will make every effort to send out CEU certificates before the license renewal deadline. However, we ask that you complete the survey by September 21; otherwise, we cannot guarantee that the certificates will be sent in time.

    Parking

Parking costs $10 per vehicle per day. Additionally, with a USU football game on Saturday, September 14, traffic will be heavier, and parking will be limited. We encourage you to carpool. Parking can be paid for by text. Instructions can be found in various locations in the parking lots you park in. It costs $2 per hour or $10 for a whole day. To avoid parking fees, you can ride the bus for free. Park near the Cache Valley Transit District (CVTD) Transit Center at 150 E 500 N, Logan, UT 84321. From there, take Route 1, which will drop you off at 903 E 700 N (Education Building), just a short walk from the Eccles Conference Center. The bus ride takes approximately 5-10 minutes.

    Meals and Networking Lunch

Friday’s Networking Lunch will take place from 1:00-2:30 pm outside the conference center. Since the lunch is outdoors, please dress accordingly. To make networking easier, those who are hiring will have neon green ribbons on their name tags that say “I’m Hiring,” and those looking for work will have neon pink ribbons that say “Potential Employee.” If you would like one of these ribbons, please request one at check-in.

With the exception of Friday's catered networking lunch, all other meals during the conference will be on your own. Snacks will be provided daily. There are many locations on campus. For the most options, we recommend The Marketplace on the 2nd Floor of Taggart Student Center (TSC) or The Hub on the first floor of the TSC. You may also explore off-campus dining options, but please be aware that parking may be limited upon your return.

    Board Meeting
