Parking will be free to attendees! The closest lots are lots M and N. Click here to view a campus map for parking. Park in Visitor and General white-marked stalls. When you arrive at the conference, please look for the volunteers stationed next to UAMFT flags to direct you.
Thursday Morning Yoga
Start your conference with a beginner-friendly, gentle yoga class on Thursday at 8:00 am. Park in lot M or N and follow the UAMFT signs and volunteers to Room 367, Human Performance Center (HPC). Come in either your regular conference attire or workout clothes—no need to change before sessions.
Friday Evening Sound Bath
Join us for a transformative evening of relaxation and rejuvenation with a sound bath experience, designed to soothe your senses and restore inner balance. This session offers a safe, peaceful environment to let go of the stresses of the day and connect with your inner self. Provided by Maggi Leavitt, LMFT. Meet in the Gardner Student Center Foyer Friday at 7:00 pm.
Daily Self-Care Room
Take a break in our self-care space featuring candle making, a group puzzle, crafts, and fidget toys (free to take). Presentations from the Aspen Grove Ballroom will be streamed in this room so you can still earn CEs while relaxing.

Check-in & Registration
All attendees must check in daily at the registration desk (required for DOPL records).
Thursday: 9:00–10:00 am
Friday & Saturday: 7:30–8:00 am
The registration desk will also be staffed throughout the conference for assistance.
CEs & Evaluation
View the full schedule with CE breakdowns here. Pick up a CE tracking sheet on your first day. After each session, have a board member or volunteer (with an orange lanyard) initial your sheet. Return the sheet at the end of the conference so we can verify your hours.
Evaluation: Available online only. Access it via the QR code on your CE sheet, or in the post-conference email. CE certificates will be sent within four weeks of evaluation completion. Please note: you are responsible for keeping your CE records.

Catered Networking Lunches & Snacks
Lunch will be provided daily in the Aspen Grove Ballroom:
Your meal selections will be on the back of your name badge. On Friday, place these tags in front of your salad plate for servers to see.
If you are hiring or seeking employment, pick up a ribbon for your badge at registration to connect with others during meals.
Snacks will also be provided in the Aspen Grove Ballroom.
Vendor Bingo & Raffle
Vendor Bingo is back! Pick up your Bingo sheet at registration, visit all vendor booths in the Cottam Room, and collect initials. Submit your blackout sheet by Saturday at 11:30 am for a chance to win raffle prizes! for a chance to win raffle prizes!

Where do I access the schedule? A QR code for the digital program is at registration and on your CE sheet.
What if I want a hard-copy program? We’ve gone digital to reduce waste, but staff (orange lanyards) can help if needed.
Where do I access the presenter's slides and handouts? These can be found through links in the digital program. Tap or click on the title of every presentation to find their slides and/or handouts.
When is lunch?
Where are the snacks? Snacks will be serviced in the Aspen Grove Ballroom.
Where can I get water? Water will be at the back of the Aspen Grove Ballroom and the Utah Marriage Commission Conference Room.
What if my name badge is incorrect, or I didn’t get one? There are blank name badges at the registration desk where you can rewrite your information.
When will I get my CE certificate? Sent via email within four weeks after completing the post-conference evaluation.
What if I have a complaint about this conference? Please fill out the post-conference survey, which you can access via the QR code on the CE tracking sheet, or via a post-conference email.
